Our small group personal training program is an ideal solution for most of the clients that come to JPF.

The Small Group Personal Training program consists of 3 components to designed to transform your body and fitness.
1. JPF’s fun and challenging workouts, designed to safely push you to higher levels of fitness
We cap our workouts at 12 people max, so that you’ll never be lost in the crowd. You’ll have a coach that will push you, while also making sure you are doing everything safely. Plus, working out with a small group provides another level of accountability and positive support! As a JPF client, you have a whole “fitness family” to help you out.
2. Our proven and flexible nutrition system that’s customized to your body and goals.
No restrictive cookie cutter diets, or bland chicken and broccoli plan here. Our clients usually have 2 common fears before starting any nutrition program:
“Is this going to be overly complex and take tons of time to plan and prep everything?”
We get it. We’ve read most of the diet and nutrition books out there and come to the realization, they weren’t designed for busy adults!
You don’t have all day to spend in the kitchen on overly complex plan. Our nutrition system is specifically designed to keep things simple and time efficient.
“Is this going to be tasteless and boring?”
Anyone can lose weight by eating bland chicken and broccoli all day. But if you love food (like we do) you’d also lose your mind along with the weight! With our nutrition system, you are eating real, super tasty food and there’s almost no limit to the variety and options of great tasting food and recipes.
3. Coaching and community.
Outside of your training sessions, you’ll still be connected to your coach with our revolutionary MyCoach program, allowing you 24/7 access and regular communication and check-ins with your coach. It’s like having a coach with you even when you’re not at the gym! You also have a community of like-minded and positive people around to help push you and encourage you to stay on track.
