The Lean for Life System was developed for one purpose. Get you off of the weight loss roller coaster, out of the “dieting” mindset, and equip you to actually stay lean and healthy for life.
After years of running traditional transformation challenges, a frustrating pattern became very clear. There was almost no correlation between the clients who excelled at the short term challenge and those who maintained their weight loss a year or two later!
In fact, it seemed that often the ones who would go “all-in” and lose a lot of weight in a 4-6 week challenge would be MORE likely to eventually gain their weight back.
I wanted to develop a better system. I truly wanted to help people change habits, switch their mindset about nutrition and exercise, and be able to finally maintain a weight that they felt great about.
And that’s how the Lean for Life System was developed.
We committed to stop running short term Transformation Challenges (a huge change) and focus on the Lean for Life System for those coming to us for weight loss.
Instead of focusing on how much weight we could help clients lose 4-6 week period, we would focus on long-term, sustainable success for every client that went through the system.
